The IDC Product Marketing Manager role is designed to help the company unlock new growth opportunities within key solution offerings by leading product marketing initiatives across and with cross-functional teams.
This is a new global role that will have an opportunity to optimize existing solutions, recommend and package new offerings, and support an increase in pipeline, bookings, and sales effectiveness. The Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing the GTM process by acting as the connective tissue between select Product Managers and the teams that drive go-to-market initiatives.
This person will execute the core PMM operating model and provide updates to key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker who has experience with messaging, positioning, narrative design, and customer / market validation in addition to product launches, releases, sales plays, and other data-driven go-to-market strategies.
The successful candidate is a self-described life-long learner and will work cross-functionally to align business objectives, create and validate compelling value propositions, and support our GTM partners drive engagement with the stakeholders we support.

In the US, this role will have a 100% Remote work schedule.
In Canada, this role is located in our Toronto Office with a hybrid work schedule where anyone in the GTA will be required to come into the office 1 day a week. We will consider candidates located in Ontario, BC, Alberta or Nova Scotia with a 100% remote work from home schedule.

At IDC we are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. We pay our employees equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process. This process considers the experience, education, certifications, and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated employees, as well as employer-verified US region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner. The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $130,000 and $150,000 and is inclusive of base salary and variable compensation (if applicable).
Compensation for IDC Canada will be determined based on current market data for CAD dollars.
