This role leads a small, high-performing team and provides strategic oversight of paid media programs to ensure traffic acquisition, messaging, and on-site experience are tightly aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the business and strategic owner of the WordPress instance, including platform roadmap, governance, and prioritization.
  • Define and enforce standards for WordPress templates, components, plugins, content models, and page creation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Oversee site structure, navigation, taxonomy, and content workflows
  • Define and execute the website strategy and roadmap aligned to brand, audience needs, and commercial priorities.
  • Own KPIs for web performance, including engagement, conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide stakeholders with insights into user behavior and performance as well as optimization plans.
  • Provide strategic oversight and performance accountability for paid media programs.
  • Own paid media KPIs, budget oversight, and ROI measurement
  • Establish cross functional operating models, workflows, and governance to balance speed, quality, and risk management.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of experience in web, digital experience, or digital marketing roles, including 5+ years of direct ownership of WordPress websites.
  • Strong background in pre-login website strategy and UX.
  • Experience managing agencies, developers, and vendors supporting WordPress development and maintenance.
  • Experience overseeing paid media performance with accountability for KPIs and ROI.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort operating as both a strategic leader and an operational owner.
  • Experience with performance optimization, SEO best practices, and knowledgeable about the impact of LLMs on web and search strategies.
